The Committee on Health and Human Resources moved to amend the bill on page three, section two, lines twenty-nine and thirty by striking out all of subdivision (7) and inserting a new subdivision (7) to read as follows:

“(7) “Behavioral health services” means services provided for the care and treatment of persons with mental illness and intellectual developmental disabilities in an inpatient or outpatient setting;”;

On page four, section two, line fifty-seven, by striking out the word “imagining” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “imaging”;

On page seven, section two, lines one-hundred-twenty and one-hundred-twenty-one by striking out all of subdivisions (29) and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

(29) “Personal care agency” means an entity that provides personal care services approved by the Bureau for Medical Services.

On page fourteen, section eight, line thirty-five by striking out the words “personal care” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “home health”;

On page fourteen, section eight, line thirty-six after the word “made;” by inserting the word “and”

On page fifteen, section eight, line fifty-nine, after the word “Providing” by inserting the word “intellectual”;

On page fifteen, section eight, line sixty-four by striking out the word “and”

On page fifteen, section eight, line sixty-five, after the word “services” by changing the period to a semicolon and inserting the following:

(24) Construction, development, acquisition or other establishment of community mental health and intellectual disability facilities; and

(25) Providing behavioral health services.;

On page sixteen, section ten, line four, after the word “code.” by adding the following:

This exemption shall include the purchase of diagnostic equipment and the performance of outpatient procedures which would not require an overnight hospital stay.;

On page eighteen, section eleven, line thirty-five by striking out the words “have the”;

On page twenty, section eleven, lines eighty-one through eighty-three by striking out all of subdivisions (20) and (21) and renumbering the remaining subdivisions;

On page twenty, section eleven, line ninety-two after the word “owned” by striking out the word “or” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “and”.

On page twenty, section eleven, line one-hundred after the word “services” by inserting the words “unless the construction, development, acquisition or other establishment is an opioid treatment facility or programs as set forth in subdivision (4) of section nine of this article”;

And

On page twenty-four, section thirteen, line twenty-nine after the word “last” by striking out the word “the”.
